Concentrate on cultivating a healthy lifestyle, paying special attention to your nutrition, and getting moderate exercise and satisfying sleep (see Chapter 12, Good Health Habits). If you are drawn to junk food restaurants, look for salads, take the bread off sandwiches, and try broiled, not fried, foods. If your depression is keeping you from losing weight, do not panic. You can try Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, or other legitimate weight loss systems. Always confer with your doctor before beginning a diet or weight loss program.
